IN NO EVENT WILL ABQ App Source, LLC's AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS EULA OR THE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP OR FIVE DOLLARS ($5 USD).
